After the changeover, all recipients must re-register once with their mobile number when accessing a new HIN mail (protected mail). You can then activate the new “Trust device” option for more convenient subsequent access if you wish.
Confidential messages that were sent via
using the previous HIN solution can still be accessed until 31.12.2025. Please make sure that you retrieve and archive any messages or attachments that you need beyond this date in good time.
